Jump Shift the Impact of HR/TD on Business Performance
Thursday, July 6th, 2017

Speaker: William C Miller

Program Summary:

A perfect storm has arisen among business pressures, organizational priorities, and HR/TD maturity that offers HR/TD a pivot-point opportunity to transform – to jump-shift – its impact on overall business performance. That opportunity is to concentrate its internal functions and priorities on the most important, highest priority driver of business success today: being innovative. That driver can be actualized at the intersection of current CEO challenges and HR/TD priorities – as revealed by an analysis of global executive reports from Deloitte, KPMG, the Conference Board, the McLean Group, BCG, and others.

This evening's presentation will give you the opportunity to identify:
The top priorities for different types of innovation in your organization (across 5 distinct domains of innovation)
How innovation competencies are necessary for every employee, not just specialists
The innovation competencies and practices that you can strengthen with your own leaders, individual contributors, teams, and executives to enable innovation across those priorities

You'll also hear about the research that shows that good character and values are no longer "soft" issues, but the very foundation for people to be engaged to innovate at their highest potential.

In summary, you'll walk away with substantial insights and tangible ideas for enabling innovation across your organization -- and thereby jump shifting your impact, as a business partner, on business performance and industry leadership.
