The Power of Coaching Conversations Thursday, April 5, 2018
Speaker: Jessica Johnson, Director of People & Culture, UNTHSC
Program Summary:
Coaching is a transformative growth and development tool. This workshop will provide ATD members with a three-step methodology for coaching conversations. Attendees will learn how to use inquiry to help others set and achieve meaningful goals. This process, aligned with the International Coach Federation’s core competencies, can assist talent development professionals as they nurture talent within their own teams and as they support leaders throughout the organization.
