Building a Leadership Program for First Time Managers

In this session, Kyle Anne will share how she designed and developed a first-time leader development program for her company. She will share challenges she is facing with the programs and engage the chapter in a collaborative exercise to develop solutions.

A Little Bit About Kyle:

Kyle Anne has been building and leading training and development for more than 15 years. With her IT background she is equally at home facilitating technical training as well as business and leadership training.  Prior to her years in the business community, Kyle Anne was a professionally unemployed actress in New York City which afforded her many opportunities to wait tables, bartend, and temp in numerous NYC offices.  Kyle Anne Is proud to have served as chapter president in 2015.
