Your Instructor suddenly went on leave or even left the company and management needs to ramp up staffing quickly. The L&D department simply isn't big enough to handle the task AND there isn't time to get contractors up-to-speed. Be it a Manager or an Associate, you have got to get someone up-to speed ASAP.

About our Speaker

David is a member of ATD Fort Worth/Mid-Cities and has over 20 years of experience as a Training Manager and Project Manager. He is involved in the management, development, and deliver of training, and supervising instructors. His background is in the telecom, cable, hardware, and software industries providing end-to-end project and training deliverables.
