"Helping Good People Transition from Individual Contributors to Leaders"
Presented by: Clayton Stockdall
Clayton Stockdall, is a Corporate Problem Solver with a Servant-Leader’s heart. For more than 25 years, he has led divisions and organizations in many capacities including VP of Business Analysis, Strategy and Finance as well as Director of Business Analysis, Analytics and Information Management. While his positions call for him to “review the numbers,” he always keeps the “human factor” in mind. He helps develop new leaders by mentoring and delegating as appropriate.
Today, Clayton serves as the Chief Operations Office for a well-established logistics and heavy equipment mover company that numbers the aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical and power plant industries among its clients.
Come Join us in gaining insight to how the tool of "Delegation" can help a company develop the leadership potential in its own employees.
