Facilitating Engagement through Intentional Instructional Design
Presented by: Amber O'Reilly, CPTD and Regan O'Hara

As a talent development professional, you are often tasked with creating engaging learning programs that impact your company. But how do you balance the stakeholders' requests, develop accurate content, and facilitate a psychologically safe and enjoyable class? Amber and Regan are here to walk you through a case study that includes exercising an iterative process to improve learner experience while utilizing technology and data to verify decisions.

By the end of the session, you will learn:

• Constructing an unbiased needs analysis with stakeholders.
• Outlining instructional design techniques while interweaving change management strategies.
• Selecting facilitation tactics to develop relationships and boost collaboration amongst learners.
• Summarize the evaluation model and make decisions with data.
