Dr. Paige Graham of the Center for Creative Leadership has been in the leadership development industry for over 20 years. Recently, her work has focused on the intersection of wellbeing and leadership development. Join us for an interactive webinar focusing on self-care, positive emotions, reducing behaviors that deplete our energy, and practical tips for how leaders (and all of us) can create environments where others thrive.
About our Speaker:
Overview
Dr. Graham strategically curates and develops relevant content, solutions, and design elements to meet global and local leadership development needs. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Graham is a highly regarded leader, researcher, facilitator, consultant, and executive coach. Her purpose is to nourish wellbeing, humanity, and growth in us all.
Experience
Dr. Graham interweaves research, executive coaching, and facilitation to create learning engagements with impact. She leads global, cross-functional teams to develop Leading with Wellbeing solutions, digital leadership development lessons, and tools for adult learners. She has substantial experience developing executive teams, working with senior leaders, and designing solutions that enhance organizational cultures. Working across industries from restaurants and energy to healthcare and government, her career highlights include creating a course on Leadership Adaptability for the U.S. Army War College, serving as Vice President of Experience Solutions for a consulting firm, being a University Professor in a School of Organizational Leadership, and coaching and facilitating programs at the Center for Creative Leadership. Her research interests are varied (e.g., purpose, growth, agency, resilience, health, connection, adaptability) and are characterized as having strong scientific foundations that result in practical applications.
Educational Background
Paige earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she specialized in Psychology, Management, and Organizational Development.
